I have issues with sleep apnea, waking up from mouth breathing and disrupted breathing wakes me up. Only things that have worked for me by themselves in order are acetazolamide even just 1/4th tablet of 250mg, 1/2 tspoon bakin soda, or 1mg methylene blue.
I want to stop the acetazolamide but anyway to tackle the root cause more permanently? Is it fine to take 1/2 tspoon bakingsoda permanently or will it cause stomach acid issue eventually?
How big of a predictor is grip strength of net androgen status? I got 153lbs at 6pm and was a bit disappointed. I have small hands + small wrists / forearms though and was wondering if this would bring it down a fair bit (maybe 20/30 lbs?)
I know androgens make hands bigger but I'm fairly androgenic with wide clavicles, brow ridge etc
