The EnhancedNatty Approach to Labs: Test, Don’t Guess

Symptoms lie. Numbers don’t always tell the full story either.
That’s why you need both.

You can feel amazing and still have hidden inflammation, sluggish thyroid, or micronutrient deficiencies creeping beneath the surface.
You can also feel terrible, even while your labs look “normal” on paper.

This is why testing — strategic, repeatable, and comprehensive testing — is one of the core pillars of the EnhancedNatty system.

It’s not just about seeing one bad number.
It’s about seeing the entire network of what’s really going on.

One Marker Is Just a Clue — You Need the Whole Puzzle

Let’s say you get your labs back, and testosterone is low.
A common mistake? Immediately jumping to testosterone boosters or TRT.

But that’s surface-level thinking. Let’s dig:

  • Low testosterone → could be due to low LH

  • Low LH → often caused by low free T3, your active thyroid hormone

  • Low T3 → could be due to zinc deficiency (zinc supports T4 to T3 conversion)

  • But what if zinc is low? Why?

  • Maybe you’re inflamed, draining zinc through high demand

  • You test hsCRP, ESR, and thyroid antibodies… and inflammation is high

Suddenly, testosterone is no longer “the problem” — it’s a downstream effect of inflammation, micronutrient depletion, and low thyroid function.

And unless you test holistically, you’ll never see this.

This is why in EnhancedNatty, we test entire systems — not just symptoms.

One Test Is a Snapshot — Trends Show the Truth

Labs aren’t absolute.
They’re dynamic. They shift with:

  • Sleep

  • Stress

  • Diet

  • Sex

  • Inflammation

  • Even how anxious you were on test day

Take prolactin. It could be high for any of these reasons:

  • You didn’t sleep

  • You had sex the night before

  • You’re zinc-deficient

  • Your T3 is low

  • You’re inflamed

  • You were stressed during the blood draw

So, if you test prolactin once and it’s high, does that mean you need vitamin B6, zinc, or dopamine agonists?

Maybe not. Maybe you just needed 10 minutes of deep breathing before the test.

This is why repeat testing is critical. You don’t react to one reading.
You look for trends, and you test again after every major dietary or supplemental change to see what actually worked.

Most Guys Get Testing Dead Wrong

Here’s what most guys do:

  • They test testosterone once

  • Maybe throw in TSH, “vitamin D,” or a basic CBC

  • Panic when they see one thing off

  • Start supplementing blindly — with no plan, no tracking, and no retesting

That’s not optimization — that’s reaction.
And it usually leads to more confusion, more expense, and zero long-term change.

The EnhancedNatty Testing Philosophy

We treat testing like strategy, not panic.

We test to understand the system, identify blockages, and know what to fix first.

And we do that across 3 phases:

Phase 1 – Baseline Testing (article here)

  • Get a wide-angle view. Check as many systems as possible.

  • Implement the TestoSuperFoods in the right quantities.

  • Re-test the key markers that were off after 4–8 weeks.

Phase 2 – Mega-Dose and Track

  • Now that your base is solid, start mega-dosing specific foods.

  • Watch which markers improve, which don’t.

  • Adjust quantity, frequency, or variety based on the data.

Phase 3 – Targeted Experimentation

  • If some markers still don’t improve → go deeper.

  • Run advanced tests: intracellular nutrients, genetics, gut pathogens, toxic burden.

  • Introduce selective supplements based on precision, not hype.

The Takeaway

You don’t need more supplements.
You don’t need more guesswork.
You need strategic testing + food-based corrections based on your body's actual needs.

When you test the system (not just a symptom), you stop spinning your wheels and start unlocking your EnhancedNatty potential.

Let’s get into it.
