Some People Have It Easy — And That’s OK
Some People Are Born Lucky — The Rest of Us Get Strong
Healthy people don’t realize how easy they have it.
They fall asleep without effort.
They’re in a good mood by default.
Their joints don’t ache.
Their testosterone is high, energy stable, vision sharp.
They’re walking around with systems that work — and they don’t even know how rare that is.
You’ll hear some 50-year-old on social media say:
“All I do is eat clean, take cold plunges, and my testosterone is 1000+.”
And it’s not that those things are bad — they’re great.
But they’re not the reason they feel amazing.
They’re just stacking wins on top of already-good genetics and resilience.
Not Everyone Has That Privilege
I know guys doing 5x more — perfect diet, strict lifestyle, advanced supplements — and they’re fighting tooth and nail to break 400 ng/dl.
Because something deeper is blocking their system:
Gut issues
Inflammation
Nutrient loss
Hormonal suppression
Mitochondrial dysfunction
Diet and lifestyle matter. They’re your foundation.
But they only “work” if your internal system is capable of responding.
You Only Appreciate What You’ve Lost
It’s easy to feel euphoric when your vision is crystal clear and you can see the details on plants, clouds, and birds.
It’s easy to feel happy when smells flood your senses — fresh bread, cheese, meat.
It’s easy to feel powerful when you sleep like a rock, wake up with a boner, and crush a workout.
But lose any of those, and you realize how fragile it all is.
It’s like getting food poisoning. You swear you’ll never take digestion for granted again. Until the next time.
People With Privilege Give the Worst Advice
If you’ve ever dealt with chronic insomnia, depression, or low libido, you know what I mean.
They say:
“Have you tried… just falling asleep?”
“Have you tried… just being happy?”
“Have you tried… just being confident?”
They don’t get it. Because they’ve never been there.
Their system just works.
But yours doesn’t.
And that’s OK.
“…And That’s OK.”
One of my favorite quotes from Alex Hormozi is:
“And that’s OK.”
I’m not as lucky — and that’s OK.
I don’t have elite genetics — and that’s OK.
I have gut issues — and that’s OK.
Because here’s the hidden advantage:
People who struggle tend to work harder and learn more.
They develop real knowledge, real systems, and real control over their health.
I once heard this story from MMA:
Fighter #1 is incredibly talented. Winning comes easy. So he coasts.
Fighter #2 has less natural talent. So he trains 3x harder. He studies film. He perfects every weakness.
Eventually, Fighter #2 wins.
Because when you don’t rely on talent, you’re forced to build skills.
And those skills compound.
Hard Work Becomes an Unfair Advantage
If you do the right things long enough…
You’ll age better.
You’ll heal faster.
You’ll become more resilient than the guy who was “just lucky.”
And when the shit hits the fan?
You’ll know how to fix yourself.
He won’t.
Eventually… People Will Think You’re the Lucky One
Once you solve your gut issues, fix your hormones, restore your sleep, and get your energy back, people will say:
“Wow, you’re so lucky.”
They won’t see the 10+ years of experiments, testing, failed protocols, diet trials, and stubborn persistence that got you here.
The harder you work, the luckier you get.
Personal Example: What I Had to Fix
I’m lucky in one way: I can drink 5L of milk per day, no issues.
But here’s what I wasn’t lucky with:
Depression
ED and premature ejaculation
Hair loss
Dandruff and acne
Food sensitivities
Poor sleep
Chronic inflammation
and much more
I had to fight hard to fix those. And I did.
Because I didn’t try to copy someone else’s shortcut.
I built my own system.
The Good News
Healing can be faster than you think.
It might take you 5 years to find the answer,
But once you do… the healing can happen in 5 weeks.
You’re not broken.
You’re just early in your process.
So What Should You Do?
Start by fixing what’s most universal:
🔥 Lower endotoxin.
It causes systemic inflammation, suppresses testosterone, destroys your gut, and accelerates aging.
Most people have endotoxin issues and don’t know it.
Start here:
✔️ Build the right diet
✔️ Fix nutrient deficiencies
✔️ Lower systemic inflammation
✔️ Rebuild your cellular resiliency
Final Word
You might not have been born “lucky.”
But if you put in the work, you’ll become unbreakable.
Eventually, your health will be so solid, so consistent, so earned…
People will say:
“You’re just naturally gifted.”
Let them talk.
You’ll know the truth.
