Why I Wrote This Article

After I created the TestoBeast Diet, a lot of guys had success with it—increasing their testosterone, energy, and overall health. But it didn’t work for everyone.

Given that the body functions best when it’s saturated with vitamins and minerals and when inflammation is low, there had to be another reason.

After running multiple tests, it became clear: some people still had underlying nutritional deficiencies and oxidative stress. That’s why I designed EnhancedNatty Phase 2—which is all about mega-dosing the TestoSuperfoods to fully replenish what’s missing.

More people started having success. But still—not everyone.

So I dug deeper and narrowed it down to three core variables: gut health, mitochondrial function, and genetics.

I’m still refining my content on gut optimization before I post anything in-depth, but I already have a bunch of top-level strategies people can implement right now—even without testing.

Which brings me to Phase 3: once the micronutrients are in place, now you can start adjusting the macros.

Because if your mitochondria can’t efficiently burn carbs, fat, or protein, it doesn’t matter how “healthy” the diet is—it’s not going to work for you.

Even though science says certain things should work, in real life, everyone’s different.

For example, in most cases, a low-carb diet raises SHBG and lowers free testosterone. But I’ve also seen guys experience the opposite: their testosterone drops and SHBG increases with higher carbs, and improves again on a low-carb diet.

That’s why it’s crucial to experiment, track lab results, and actually see what works for you, not just what works in theory.

And another reason I’m creating this is because, let’s be honest, >90% of people aren’t going to do any tests. So, at least you have this guideline to experiment with and still get solid results without testing. But it still works best with testing.

Let’s dive into my guide on how to figure it out.

You can inject testosterone. You can pop supplements. You can even train like a savage.

But if your diet sucks, you’ll never unlock the full potential of your hormones.

Testosterone, DHT, IGF-1, dopamine—they all rely on the same thing: raw materials.

No zinc, no testosterone.

No B vitamins, no mitochondrial energy.

No protein or cholesterol, no DHT.

No antioxidants, and your hormones drown in inflammation.

That’s why diet isn’t a background player in the EnhancedNatty system—it’s the foundation.

It fuels everything else.

The Problem with Most Diets

Most men are diet-hopping between trends.

Low carb. High carb. Keto. Carnivore. Vegan. Fasting. Back to low carb again.

They treat food like macros and calories instead of what it really is: biological code.

Macros matter—but micronutrients, antioxidants, and gut response matter more.

Before you test how much fat or carb you thrive on, you need to make sure your cells can even burn them.

Because what looks like “carb intolerance” or “fat sensitivity” is often just:

  • A deficiency in a key enzyme

  • Low carnitine or riboflavin

  • Mitochondrial dysfunction

  • Endotoxin absorption from the gut

  • Poor bile flow or stomach acid

  • An unknown micronutrient deficiency

And that’s why the EnhancedNatty system starts with food quality first—before ever touching macros.

The Three Phases of the EnhancedNatty Diet

We don’t guess—we test, build, and experiment systematically.

  • Phase 1: TestoFoods Foundation
Flood your body with nutrient-dense foods to crush inflammation, fix deficiencies, and lay the groundwork.

  • Phase 2: Mega-Dosing
One-by-one, push specific superfoods to supraphysiological levels and watch how your body responds.

  • Phase 3: Macronutrient Testing
Once the foundation is solid, begin testing different fuel ratios—low-carb, low-fat, Randle split, or balanced—to find what your mitochondria and hormones crave most.

This system works because it’s built on feedback. Your results guide the next step.
