I used to think I was just shy.
Sure, I’d push myself to talk to the girl I liked… or answer a question in front of the class… but I’d be sweating like a maniac. My hands were clammy, my armpits soaked, and my nervous system felt like it was on fire.
Then college came, and I discovered alcohol. A few drinks, and suddenly, I was confident, chatty, even bold. But I wasn’t about to drink every day just to feel normal.
Fast forward a few years: I got married. We wanted to build something together—our own business, our own freedom. But we were clueless. No mentors, no experience, no financial buffer. We moved to a new city, started from scratch, and within months we were flat broke.
We lived in a moldy, freezing, unsafe flat. The air was polluted. We barely had food. Most days, we either fasted or ate the cheapest thing we could find. Definitely not nutrient-rich.
Every stress you can imagine, we were under it.
That’s when things really broke down.
I wasn’t just “shy” anymore—I was constantly on edge.
Loud cars driving by would make my heart race.
Someone laughing outside? My nervous system would freak out.
I couldn’t make eye contact. My throat would close up. My hands would tremble.
I felt like prey—fragile, weak, hunted.
If you’ve felt like this recently…
If you’ve felt like you're one misstep away from a meltdown…
If your stress response feels broken, hypersensitive, or out of control…
You’re not alone. And you’re not broken.
You’re just stuck in survival mode.
So let’s get clear:
You want to be confident. In control. Resilient. Someone who can lead, speak up, hold eye contact, and not flinch at every little thing.
But your body isn't cooperating. Your nervous system is stuck in overdrive. Maybe even the smallest stressor sets you off. You’ve tried magnesium, meditation, breathwork... but it’s like slapping a band-aid on a bullet wound.
Let me ask you:
In the last 30 days, have you ever felt embarrassed by how reactive you were?
Maybe you walked into a room and instantly felt like everyone was watching you.
Or someone criticized you and your heart pounded so hard it drowned out your thoughts.
Or you couldn’t even speak up in a simple conversation because your throat closed up.
So it sounds like your nervous system is stuck in high-alert mode… even when there’s no real danger.
And it’s not your fault. Chronic stress, poor nutrition, toxic environments, even gut dysfunction can rewire your brain and body to be hypersensitive to life itself.
This state hijacks your hormones, shuts down dopamine, and keeps your brain in fight-or-flight.
And it’s keeping you from:
Pursuing bold ideas
Building your brand or business
Being a leader in your social circle
Taking risks or handling confrontation
Feeling calm and collected around people you admire (or want to impress)
Is that right?
If it is, then this next part is going to change your life. It’s the tools, tactics and supplements I used to fix my anxiety and stress hypersensitivity. This allowed me to have the confidence, motivation, drive, creativity, perseverance and focus to build a 7-figure business and actually enjoy life without being jumpy at every “obstacle”.
Fear and anxiety are literally just your perspective to something that’s happening. In the rest of this article/guide, I discuss what I did and used to change my perspective to stress to make me resilient.
You can only flourish when you’re resilient.
