TestoShake is the best testosterone-boosting egg milkshake that’s great for:

Here’s how to make it

Ingredients

  • 300-500ml of raw milk (skim or full fat depends on weight goals). Pasteurized milk is also fine, but most people tolerate raw better. You can use a cream separator to get rid of excess fat.

    • If you’re sensitive to regular milk, try raw milk, A2 cow milk, goat milk or lactose-free milk.

    • Milk is a complete food and contains all the nutrients to survive for years.

  • 3-8 yolks (depending on calorie requirements). You can use whole eggs, but the nutrients are in the yolks. Plus a lot of people are sensitive to the sulfur in the egg whites.

    • 3 whole eggs (or yolks) daily has been shown to increase testosterone by 250ng/dl compared to 6 egg whites. It’s also a great source of other hard-to-come-by nutrients like phospholipids, antioxidants, peptides, biotin, choline, etc.

  • 2 tbsp honey (sucralose or stevia if in a caloric deficit. Use glucose powder if you’re allergic to honey or sensitive to fructose)

    • Honey has been shown to increase testosterone, improve insulin sensitivity, reduce inflammation and much more.

  • Optional: cocoa and fruit (e.g. banana) for more flavor.

Here’s the vid of how to make it.

Pro-tip: make 2-3L worth of TestoShake and have that throughout the day if time is a constraint and you don’t have time to cook.
