Back in 2013 Georgi Dinkov (Haidut on Raypeatforum and X) did a protocol that supposedly increased his testosterone over 1500ng/dl.

The stack included:

  • 140g protein - 2x (20g whey / 20g casein / 30g gelatin) - this was to limit the inflammatory amino acid cysteine.

  • 3500mg BCAA with each protein meal to compete with tryptophan and lower serotonin in the brain.

  • 2000mg of vitamin E

  • 30mg zinc gluconate

  • 5mg pyridoxine hydrochloride (lower prolactin; however this dose is too small for that)

  • magnesium (dosage not specified)

  • mega doses of vitamin A (can’t remember dose), D (can’t remember dose), and 45mg K2

  • 5g taurine x2 daily

  • 6-8g niacinamide daily

  • 8g aspirin daily

I asked him if he’d do it over, was there anything he would do differently.

He mentioned much more conservative doses, but we’re not here to be conservative, are we?! I want to get over 1500ng/dl!

I modified it a bit and used:

  • 100mg pregnenolone

  • 3g niacinamide x2 daily

  • 1g aspirin x2 daily

  • 800IU vitamin E in the evening

  • 45mg vitamin K2 MK4 in the morning

  • 15g taurine

I didn’t do the protein mix, BCAAs, zinc (I was getting ample from red meat), B6 or magnesium as I didn’t think that would make a big difference for boosting testosterone, since I wasn’t deficient in those.
