Do less, but better (the testosterone version)
Getting high testosterone is easy.
And hard.
Let me explain — with a quick business analogy.
When I started out, I wrote blogs.
That’s didn’t go viral like I hoped, so I launched a YouTube channel.
Right after my channel started popping off, it got deleted.
So I made another YouTube channel and started posting on X (Twitter) at the same time.
The second channel? Deleted again!
But my X account survived, so I doubled down on that.
YouTube was draining:
Researching content.
Building PowerPoints.
Batch-recording 5–7 videos per week.
Editing.
Uploading.
Writing descriptions, timestamps, titles.
It’s a full-time job.
Meanwhile, X was “easier.” You have an idea, you post it.
But it’s not easy.
At first, you suck.
Zero likes. No engagement. No idea why.
You look at successful accounts and try to figure out what they’re doing.
But here’s the catch: most of them are doing things now that they weren’t doing when they started.
So the "secret" feels invisible.
But if you stay focused — and keep trying to improve — you start seeing results.
I’m now at 17k followers, and I’ve passed a bunch of accounts I used to look up to.
Not bragging. Just saying — I got better.
But the shiny object always tries to sneak back in.
Like this morning…
I saw a YouTube video titled “I took creatine for 30 days” with 4 million views.
And here I am — last month I mega-dosed 45g creatine daily to see its effect on DHT, kidneys, liver, etc.
I could’ve gone viral.
But then I asked myself:
→ Is X working for me?
Yes. You guys seem to like what I post.
→ Can I do it even better?
Absolutely. Better hooks. More experiments. Smarter content. Stronger network.
So does it make sense to go back to YouTube?
Not right now.
I’m not great at video. It drains me. And it would take time away from what’s already working: writing on X and Substack.
And this brings me back to testosterone.
Ask yourself the same questions:
→ Is what you’re doing working?
Yes? Then keep doing it.
→ Not getting the results you want?
Can you do what you’re already doing — but better?
Maybe you need more of a nutrient you’re already eating.
Maybe you need to be more consistent.
Maybe you need to remove one inflammatory food.
Before you jump to a new diet or pile on random supplements…
Ask yourself:
Am I eating the TestoSuperFoods? (Beef, eggs, liver, oysters and milk)
Am I eating enough of the TestoSuperFoods?
Is my digestion good?
Am I absorbing nutrients properly?
Do I have genetic needs I’m not supporting?
Should I do a stool test to see what’s going on under the hood despite having no symptoms?
Is there an underlying root cause (heavy metals, bacterial overgrowth, poor sleep, high cortisol, low stomach acid, etc.)
The body runs on vitamins and minerals.
So ask: Can I improve my foundation?
If yes, do that.
