I build my testosterone and health on a foundation and diet and lifestyle. There are good foods and bad foods and then there are superfoods.
I don’t just recommend eating specific foods, but a certain amount of those foods for optimal results.
And oysters are one of those rare superfoods (and it’s not just about the zinc).
And once the diet is on point and you’ve been doing it for 2-3 months, then most often, supplements become unnecessary.
Oysters are one of the most nutrient-dense foods and the best sources of testosterone boosting zinc. It also contains testosterone boosting peptides and can have a host of other benefits, too.
I decided to “mega-dose” oysters and consume 15 medium-sized oysters per day. Sometimes I ate them raw, but most of the time I boiled them briefly.
